Matt & Amanda's Wedding

At the end of May we took on the 13 hour drive to North Carolina for Matt and Amanda's wedding.  The kids were real troopers in the car, but we decided we will not be doing a trip that long again until both children can be entertained by the iPad or other activities!!  We did have a fun long weekend, here are some pictures.

Hudson's "Bathtism"

Hudson was baptized over Memorial Day weekend.  Since he was born and we saw another baby baptized at church, Macy has been asking when Hudson's "bathtism" would be.  I am sure it was an innocent mispronunciation, but given the circumstances of the event, bathtism is actually a pretty fitting name.

Hudson wore the same outfit that TJ and all of his brothers wore when they were baptized.  Our friend, Linda added some beading on the front to jazz it up just for him!

 We had a party/cookout over at our house that evening.  It was a fun time, especially when TJ rounded up an old Spring St. neighbor to bring over his Lightning McQueen car with icecream truck!
